What does the trust do to support my wellbeing?

The trust has a wellbeing plan which focuses on how it can support you to be fit, healthy and well throughout your working career. This tends to focus on the key causes of illness, which relate to mental health and musculoskeletal issues and on-site support is available should you need it.

We have an Occupational Health service who offer an impartial, confidential service to staff, helping them to improve and maintain their health and wellbeing at work. You may make a self-referral to Occupational Health if you have any work-related health concerns.
