Apprenticeships are work-based learning qualifications which are funded via the Apprenticeship Levy. There are a wide range of programmes available, dependant on your role and place of work, with various possible career pathways.

Any development opportunities should always be discussed with your manager, usually at appraisal, who will help you to identify the most appropriate qualification for your current role and your future aspirations.
